If you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by dropping us an email at info@kshitii.in within 24 hours of placing the order. Our helpdesk assistant will process the cancellation thereafter and the refund will be generated as per our company norms.

In case you are cancelling the product prior to dispatch, do provide a valid reason for that matter. Your feedback is essential for our overall betterment.
