Our Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed according to the following norms:
- The customer care team of the Company will first validate the refund request.
- The refund process will only commence after confirmation is received from the relevant third-party seller regarding the product's condition and packaging.
- The refund will be initiated within 10 business days from the date of the product's return pickup.
- In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the product(s) will be returned to our warehouses, and we will proceed to cancel the order and initiate the refund in accordance with our established refund policy.
- If the order is canceled prior to shipping (for prepaid orders), the refund will be initiated within 3-7 working days.
