Our delivery services extend across India, covering both major metropolitan areas and significant non-metro cities. We also deliver to Canadian provinces.
Kshitii has established a valuable partnership with a dependable logistics provider to ensure the consistent and trustworthy delivery of all our products to cities nationwide. While we make every effort to minimize shipment delays, it's important to acknowledge that certain factors may occasionally lie beyond our control.
Key Points Regarding Shipping Timelines:
- Typically, the seller prepares the ordered product within 2 business days. In cases where the product is made to order, specific timelines for product preparation can be found on our website.
- Once the vendor has your product ready for dispatch, our logistics partners are promptly notified. They collect the product from the seller and initiate the delivery to the customer's designated location. Generally, the delivery timeline following pickup ranges from 3 to 4 days.
- Our operational activities are active on all business days, with the exception of Sundays and national holidays. Should you encounter any issues related to product delivery, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at info@kshitii.in, and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.
- For foreign deliveries, we do direct shipping.
Returns Policy
Users have the option to return products within seven days from the date of product delivery. The return process will be initiated within 10 business days upon receipt of the return request.
For return requests, Users are required to raise the request within the aforementioned seven-day period and send pictures of both the packaging and the product (unless the product is missing) to us at info@kshitii.in. We will arrange for the product to be collected via a reverse pickup and process the refund according to the guidelines outlined in the Refund Policy.
Products are eligible for return/replace under the following conditions:
- The product(s) delivered do not match the User's original order.
- The size of the product is different from what was ordered.
- The product(s) have either already expired or are set to expire in less than 3 months.
- The product(s) delivered were found to be damaged.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the product being returned remains unused and that both the product's tags and packaging are kept intact and untampered with.
Products that do not qualify for returns include:
- Products that have been altered or used.
- Products with tampered serial numbers or barcodes.
- Cases where the batch number of the product does not match the details mentioned in the invoice.
- Home decor items or any other larger items, defined as those exceeding 1 meter in any one dimension or weighing more than 10 kilograms.
